Asset Kennels Deposit Agreement Form The Deposit in the amount of $600.00 is for a pure bred puppy registered with the AKC. This deposit will be applied as a credit towards the final purchase price. (Deposits are by e transfer to assetkennels@bordacollie.com.) The Breeder will notify the buyer when the litter has been born. If there are not enough puppies within the litter, or the puppy is not available due to illness, injury or death, the Deposit will be transferred to a future litter. If the buyer is unable to proceed with the purchase at that time of notification, the Deposit is non refundable but can be transferred to a future litter at the buyers request. A future puppy will be subject to the current pricing of that litter. The buyer is to notify the breeder when they are ready to go back on the active reservation list. The Breeder reserves the right to void this transaction & refund the deposit/holding fee if we learn of any reason why the Buyer might not be suitable for a puppy.
